The application of Monte Carlo simulation in construction management

Now more and more soft wares on construction project management have been used in the construction production, however most of them are expensive for the corporate, especially for the Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises. Therefore, the application of daily used office software is important for these enterprises, which could bring some benefit for the decision making process in the project management. Based on the underdevelopment actuality of construction project management, this paper provides the method of using the conventional office software in simulation decision making, and this method have the practical value in the Chinese construction production.
