摘要
This research studies the technical possibilities for collecting wood biomass from pruning in the specific conditions of Mediterranean fruit orchards (narrow distances between crop-lines). The harvesting has been divided into several types of operations. Pruning, biomass alignment in the crop roads, biomass concentration in piles, chipping and bundling have been analysed. Each operation in wood harvesting has been analysed in five types of Mediterranean cultivations for two years: Citrus trees, olive trees, vines, almond and fruit trees such as peach or apricot. Altogether, the following operations have been analysed: Three types of pruning, two types of alignment, three concentration systems, four chipping work organization systems and two bundling organization systems.
