摘要
The huge change in competitive environment leads to that it is hard to gain competitive advantage from traditional resources and capabilities. Whether the effect of corporate governance, as the decision-maker of corporate strategy, is well or not is directly related to whether the strategy is successful or not. Corporate governance has become a kind of capability to gain competitive advantage. However, from our analysis on the data of listed corporations, we find that, in our country, corporate governance has not been able to exert out the function that it should do in strategic decision. In order to make corporate governance in effect on it, the paper thinks that corporate governance should be looked from strategic angle. Then, through forming corporate governance capability, the company realizes strategic corporate governance, and gains support competitive advantage.
