摘要：
Near-infrared spectroscopy is one of the modalities that provide functional imaging of the brain to provide information about the physiological state of cerebral tissue. This article describes an application of noninvasive NIR imaging for the optical mapping of the human cerebral cortex during a voluntary motor task, in this case, finger opposition.
