摘要
Students' learning satisfaction of tourism specialty is one of important influencing factors to keep the sustainable development of tourism higher education. The students' learning satisfaction should evaluate from the angle of students' demand, expectation, perception quality and value. Taking School of Tourism and Cuisine at Harbin University of Commerce as case study, this paper establishes the structural equation model from professional image, students' expectation, perceived quality, perceived value, students' satisfaction, students' complain, and students' loyalty. The results can provide reference for students' learning satisfaction of tourism management specialty at colleges and universities.
