The main circuit design and closed-loop control simulation of power supply

摘要
To solve the problem that the DC output voltage of a single PSM power module is not adjustable, a method of connecting a DC-DC power supply in series with the PSM power module is proposed to make the DC voltage on the output side continuously adjustable. The output voltage is continuously adjustable within 750-800V, the output current and the voltage ripple rate are respectively 80A, 1.5%. In order to make the system work stably, this paper designs a closed-loop feedback control system. Finally, a simulation model was built with simulink, the output voltage was regulated within 750-800V, and the ripple rate was 1.25%, which verified the correctness of the main circuit design.
