摘要
In order to discuss the molecular mechanism that rabies infection causes the neuronal dysfunction. In vitro rabies virus can infected effectively primary neuron cell; In vivo. Rabies antigen can be detected in hippocampus CA1 by infected intracerebrally. Rabies antigen can be found in neuron and neuronal process of hippocampus CA1 at 4 day post infection; However, rabies antigen can be detected only in neuronal process of hippocampus CA1 at 7 day post infection. Rabies virus infection make the primary neuronal process decreased, compared with controls at 120h post infection. Rabies infection injury dendrite of hippocampus and lead to degeneration of dendrite, as is can explain the severe clinical disease in this experimental mode of rabies.
