The design of an instrument for measuring the vapor pressure, critical temperature, and critical pressure of perfluoro-organic liquids is described. The developed instrument is based on the static method involving visual examination of the liquid meniscus. The measured values are given for the vapor pressure, critical temperature, and critical pressure for 11 perfluorocarbons.
