摘要
Most theoretical and empirical studies of capital structure focus on large corporations. Only a limited number of studies on capital structure have been conducted on small and medium-sized enterprises (SME). As a focus with most vitality and vigor in national economy, small and medium sized enterprises have been an important factor of supporting and promoting economy increasing. But it is dissymmetry that financial medium institutions give limited indirect financial support to SMEs. How to solve the present financial puzzle of such enterprises with more finance support to relieve becomes a problem with vital importance. The study aims to explore the banking structure and financing preferences of SME and focuses more narrowly on the credit financing. This paper has introduced some essential features of small and medium-sized enterprises in the first part, on this basis, drawing its financing situation. Second part i is mainly the real example analysis of banking structure and SMEs credit financing, the data have come from not only some at home, but abroad. The third part analyzed and proposed the simple and easy model to the data, the article drew the corresponding conclusion naturally finally.
