摘要：
Concentration of passengers' and transport companies' interest on heavily loaded main lines. Increasing of quality and quantity of rail transportation supply based on balanced cooperation of structural sub-systems: infrastructure (construction of RFC corridors and high speed tracks), energy (gradual transition on unit electric system 25 kV), command and control (application of ERTMS) and modern vehicles for conventional freight, conventional personal and high speed transport.
