Research on Deliberative Teaching of College Mathematics

To implement the state's spirit of medium and long-term educational reform and development outline in college mathematical education, we should further deepen college mathematics course teaching reform, improve the teaching quality, and cultivate high-quality innovative talents. How can we cultivate students' scientific thinking and improve their competence through knowledge instruction? How can we reform teaching method and assessment method? How can we take full advantage of information means? For promotion of course teaching reform, it is necessary for colleges and universities to make an in-depth discussion and exchange. This paper discusses the content of deliberative teaching, and introduces a series of specific reform ideas, reform measures and requirements of the Ministry of Education about comprehensive improvement to the quality of higher education and about cultivation of high-quality innovative talents at present and in the future. At the same time, this paper also emphasizes the important status of basic courses (including college mathematics course) in talent cultivation. This paper is for reference only.
