摘要：
New business paradigms as lean, agile, resilient and green seek out to manage supply chain to get higher performance levels. Supply chain performance evaluation has become a critical issue for getting competitive advantages for organizations. This study is motivated by the lack of evidence on the influence of the supply chain management characteristics in supply chain performance. To identify supply chain performance measures a literature review was performed. A conceptual model was developed using a causal diagram to represent the relationships between supply chain management characteristics and performance measures. This paper proposes a conceptual model to explore how supply chain management characteristics can affect performance measures.
