摘要
The crankshaft is one of the important parts of reciprocating air compressor, which quality affects overall the air compressor's performance, lifetime and reliability directly. Based on modal analysis and study the vibration characteristics of the crankshaft, means the natural frequency and vibration mode of the crankshaft. That determines the main modal characteristics in a certain frequency range of the crankshaft, guarantees the external excitation frequency get out of the way of the natural frequency effectively, which can avoid resonance phenomenon. At the same time, modal analysis to the crankshaft provides a basis not only for the vibration characteristics of crankshaft for subsequent analysis, but also for the vibration fault diagnosis.
