摘要
This paper investigates the feasibility of applying the program Josephson voltage standard to harmonic measurements. When using AC quantum voltage for harmonic voltage measurement, some data will fluctuate greatly due to the transition and Gibbs phenomenon. If the data during the transition is included in the Fourier transform, the recovered signal amplitude and phase will be distorted. Aiming at this problem, a new harmonic voltage calculation method is proposed, which is weighted Fourier transform. This method can realize accurate measurement of harmonic voltage by resetting the data weight during the transition period to zero.
