Capillary electrophoresis with chemiluminescence detection of rutin and chlorogenic acid based on its enhancing effect for the luminol-ferricyanide system

摘要
A capillary electrophoresis with chemiluminescence method has been developed for the determination of rutin and chlorogenic acid based on its enhancing effect on the luminol-ferricyanide system. Under the optimum conditions, the analytes could be separated within 5 min, and the detection limits of the proposed method were 0.22 mu g/ml for rutin and 0.50 mu g/ml for chlorogenic acid, respectively., The method was successfully applied to the analysis of rutin and chlorogenic acid in real samples.
