Hyundai Motor Company (HMC) is a leading automobile company in Korea producing more than 2.6 million passenger and commercial vehicles a year. This paper addresses the progress of HMC's PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), focusing on product development process aiming at shortening development period and improving quality.
