摘要
The duplex stainless steel, SUS329J4L, was welded using the double-shielded advanced A-TIG (AA-TIG) welding method. The experimental condition was changed by altering the oxygen content in the outer shielding gas, while the inner gas remained pure argon. The effect of oxygen was investigated with respect to the oxide distribution and the orientation relationship between the ferrite and the austenite phases in the fusion zone. The results showed that the orientation relationship as well as the number density of the oxide changed whether there was oxygen in the shielding gas or not.
