摘要
In recent years, due to the rapid decrease in the cost of micro electro mechanical systems, compact operating systems and the changing requirements of the users are enforced the use of low cost processing devices which are connected in a networked structure, named as wireless sensor networks, which utilize from different type of sensors in it. The data management task in WSNs is a trivial issue and should be performed with limited resources like memory, processing power and energy. Data Management is concerned with the ability to organize, querying and updating the data elements in the system, according to the interest of subscribers. The content/topic based approach which forwards the produced messages according to their content/topic is one of the most appropriate approaches for this type of networked systems. Publish/Subscribe paradigm is mostly used for implementing this type of approach in a networked system which disseminates the data produced by publishers to the subscribers according to their interests. In this paper, we proposed a WSN middleware which uses the publish/subscribe paradigm for data dissemination. The components and framework are designed and implemented. The experimental results are conducted on OMNET++ with Castalia and it showed the efficiency of the implemented system.
