Management valuation as an intangible asset

In the new realities of the XXI-st century large majority of the states are engaged with different intensity and results in knowledge based process. In the case of Romania, low level of the "informational development" leads toward accomplish of the informational society objectives based on a "jump" evolution able to lead to the characteristics of knowledge society. Because innovation and learning become endogen factors of the economic grow, intellectual processes and products have a greater weight in the developed economies. In these conditions the organization's performances are more and more in direct relation with the manner in which are used the intangible assets. The authors of the paper bring a contribution for perception change about intangible assets proving the real role of the management, as intangible asset, in creating and growing the value of a company. Conclusions of the paper highlight that the best investments, a company could makes, is in human resources.
