摘要
The development of vocational education system directly depends on the demand for services offered by professional educational institutions to the real sector of the economy and the labor market. The task of raising the status and quality of vocational training and qualifications, as well as providing the necessary motivation for professional self-determination, personal and professional growth of citizens of the Russian Federation faces the regions of the Russian Federation, society, institutions of higher education. Nowadays, the labor market of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania is characterized by imbalance and contradictory tendencies both in quantitative and qualitative composition of employees. New professions and specialties, caused by structural and technological changes in the economy and forming new professional labor markets, appear annually. The main task of the vocational education system is obtaining highly qualified specialists for the economy of the Republic; as a result of solving this task the disproportion in the development of the labor market and educational services will be eliminated. The solution of the problems of education development is directly related to more efficient use of information and communication technologies, including distance education. In general, solution of the actual problems of education development in the Republic requires integrity in the development of its organizational foundations in the form of a program of joint actions of structures and individuals, which are responsible for and interested in the development of education.
