摘要：
The title compound, C15H9ClN2O2, adopts an E configuration about the C=N double bond. The mean plane of the isoindoline ring system [maximum deviation = 0.011 (2) angstrom] is inclined to the chlorobenzene ring by 22.62 (8)degrees. In the crystal, molecules are connected by C-H center dot center dot center dot O hydrogen bonds, forming chains that propagate along [010].
