摘要
Micro power grid with wind power and photovoltaic power generation, represented by means of renewable energy distributed generation, since it has intermittent, volatility and unpredictability caused larger negative impact to the micro grid, if a large number of access is difficult to guarantee safe and reliable operation of the power quality and power grid. As a kind of electric energy storage unit, electric vehicles can play a certain role in cushioning the impact of renewable energy power generation on the micro grid. At first, this paper in view of the electric vehicle charging and discharging behavior disorder and intermittent wind power photovoltaic, volatility and unpredictability, scenario analysis method is used to cycle the electric car charge and discharge with wind power and pv output data clustering analysis, cuts, established can reflect the characteristics of the historical data of the typical scenario set; Secondly, considering the equipment parameters and user requirements, etc, under the constraint of fully electric vehicles as the energy storage unit as a cushion, reducing output fluctuations to power renewable energy, improve the utilization of renewable energy, to ensure the safe and reliable economic and efficient operation of micro power grid; Finally, a simulation example is given to verify the feasibility of the proposed scheduling strategy.
