摘要
In order to avoid the weakness of route congestion assessment in our country, an evaluation index system is established and the multi-level fuzzy evaluation method is applied in this paper. Then, the principal components analysis method is applied to determine the main constraints factors so as to provide a decision for route congestion quickly. It is concluded by the example simulation that the index system is rational and the method is feasible.
