摘要
With the popularity of environmental philosophy, consumers pay more and more attention to corporate environmental responsibility. The evaluation of corporate environmental responsibility has an important influence on corporate reputation. At the same time, corporate reputation is closely related to consumer loyalty. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to find the relationship between corporate environmental responsibility, corporate reputation and customer loyalty in brand catering industry, we come to a conclusion: corporate environmental responsibility and customer loyalty was significant positive correlation, corporate environmental responsibility and corporate reputation was a significant positive correlation, corporate reputation and customer loyalty was significant positive correlation, and corporate reputation plays a partly mediating role on the relationship between the corporate environmental responsibility and customer loyalty.
