A next-generation neutrino oscillation experiment using reactor neutrinos could give important information on the size of mixing angle theta(13) along with helping to resolve the value Of theta(23). The experimental details to reach sensitivities in the range with sin(2) 2 theta(13) > 0.01 are discussed, and proposed reactor experiments are presented. The reactor measurement gives a clean measure of the mixing angle without ambiguities associated with the size of the other mixing angles, matter effects, and effects due to CP violation. Comparisons and combinations of reactor and accelerator offaxis measurements are presented.
