摘要
Steel fiber reinforced concrete (SFRC) is made of hydraulic cements containing fine aggregate, coarse aggregate, and with randomly oriented steel fiber. In the hardened concrete, the steel fiber can reduce the crack occurrence, shorten the crack length. In the loading stage, the crack-bridging behavior of the steel fiber can deter cracking occurrence or restrain the development of crack. Thus, steel fiber can improve the nonlinear dynamic behavior of shear walls. This paper presents an analysis on shear walls with different volume fraction of steel fibers. Four series of steel fiber reinforced concrete shear walls were simulated by using the finite element analytical program ABAQUS. The ductility, hysteretic capacity, and energy dissipation of shear walls were analyzed. Moreover, the effects of the volume fraction of steel fibers and concrete strength on the ductility and energy dissipation of shear walls were studied. The results indicate that, compared to ordinary reinforced concrete shear wall, the ductility, hysteretic capacity, and energy dissipation of steel fiber reinforced concrete shear wall were improved obviously, and steel fiber reinforced concrete shear walls exhibit better seismic behavior.
