摘要:
Small molecule bulk-heterojunction (BHJ) solar cells were fabricated using two disk-shaped organic semiconductors. Perylene-3,4,9,10-tetracarboxylic acid diimide (PDI) derivatives were used as a non-fullerene electron-acceptor component for the BHJ solar cells. The attachment of thiophene units with the PDI core enhanced the solar cell performance.
