摘要：
Under the basic notion of mathematics culture, mathematics had been given an extensive meaning. Mathematics was not only a science language and system of knowledge, but also a thought. The improvement of student's mathematics quality is preferable to strengthening their logic thinking and their innovative spirit. The basic problems of mathematics culture have been studied in the paper. The distinguishing characteristic and definition of mathematics culture are proposed. It is beneficial to expound the relationship between the mathematics culture and college cultural quality- oriented education. The necessity and significance of mathematical culture education have been pointed out.
