摘要
Aiming at the the multi-objective disassembly planning problem, this paper proposed a multi-objective intelligent optimization algorithm base on Pareto set. To improve disassembly planning efficiency the ant colony optimization was utilized. The disassembly sequence feasibility was guaranteed by disassembly matrix, and the method of precedence relation inference was given. There are three major optimization objects were considered, respectively are minimizing total disassembly stroke, the disassembly sequence length and the times of direction change. Finally, an internal combustion engine with single cycle was used as a case to demonstrate the efficiency of and viability of the proposed method.
