摘要
In order to achieve the optimal configuration of the regional power grid, a frequency regulation control strategy based on the variable frequency regulation coefficient of the State of Charge (SOC) of energy storage is firstly described. Based on this, a method of optimal configuration of energy storage with the objective of optimal primary frequency regulation is proposed, taking into account the vulnerability of the power grid and the economics of energy storage. The method uses the Multi-Objective Particle Swarm Optimization (MOPSO) algorithm to find the Pareto solution set, and uses the information entropy method to find the weights of each objective and then uses the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) to calculate the optimal solution. Finally, the energy storage configuration of the regional power grid is given through the example simulation, which can effectively improve the primary frequency regulation capacity of the power grid.
