摘要
Hydrogen energy storage has the advantages of both the fast response capability of electrochemical energy storage and the ability of large-scale physical energy storage to store across seasons, making it an important way to cope with the cross-season power balance problem between new energy and load in new power system. In this paper, an electric-hydrogen energy system is established. To address the capacity configuration optimization problem of hydrogen energy storage system, based on the dual-granularity time grid structure of intra-period and inter-period, the operation model of hydrogen storage and electrolyzer is established, and the corresponding capacity configuration optimization model is established using scenario analysis method. The results of case study demonstrate the effectiveness of this proposed optimization configuration model.
