摘要
This paper describes a simple method based on WebGIS and applied to urban environmental noise monitoring system. We implement a Java Applet to display urban electronic map, and on this map, the graphical display of the names, geographic coordinates and real-time data of monitoring sites, furthermore, the ability to automatically alarm when over standard. This paper concerns the usage of Postgis spatial database and importing of ShapeFile Geo-Spatial Data, and the design of the Java Applet based on the Java open source project GeoTools on client, etc.
