The Municipal Plan of Education and its repercussions in the public school

The text aims to present the changes in the organization and management of the school through the implementation of the SME in the "ground" of the public school. The research was carried out through a qualitative approach. The type of interview applied was the semi -structured and the methodological strategy for data processing, content analysis. The research subjects were seven public school administrators from the municipalities of Recife and Olinda. As results, it was possible to perceive that the evidenced propositions allow to reflect that, directly, the Plans of Recife and Olinda did not cause modifications in the way of organization in the management of the school.
