Design and analysis of the piezoelectricity pilot valve electro-mechanical converter

摘要
Owing to its merits of rapid response, strong antimagnetic disturbance ability and easy control, piezoelectric converter gets more and more extensive application and provides a new electro-mechanical converter to study high frequency valve. But its output displacement is too minute to be directly used as a valve driver. In order to meet the practical requirement of digital pilot valve driver, a displacement amplification mechanism based on flexible hinge is designed to enlarge the piezoelectricity ceramic output displacement. By means of this amplification mechanism, the piezoelectricity ceramic can be used as a driver of a digital pilot valve. For this, the theoretical analysis and the finite element method analysis have been done on the static and dynamic characteristics of the displacement amplification mechanism, which will give a theoretical steering for experiments.
