摘要：
Transmission network was recognized as natural monopoly and almost everywhere subjected to some kind of regulation in an open electricity markets. The role of transmission today is to allow indiscriminate network access to all market players and to support market transactions with satisfying reliability level. Regulating authorities have to decide about transmission investments in order to allow network development. This paper describes general approach and Croatian experience to this topic from Regulatory point of view.
