Motivation of Domestic Listing for Private Education Institutions in China

Many high-quality private education institutions in China get listed in foreign countries in recent years. No private education institution can get listed in China. However, China private education institutions have urgent wish to get listed in China. In the paper, domestically listed is very urgent. Listed in this article, through China private education institutions, urgency and motivation of domestic listing for private education institutions in China were analyzed in details in the aspects of listing foundation of China private education institutions, listing advantages of China private education institutions, investment demand in investment market, law and system risks of China private education institutions during domestic listing and helplessness of China private education institutions during domestic listing. It is believed that domestic listing of China private education institutions during domestic listing is an effective financing mode worthy of effective attempt, thereby promoting domestic listing progress of China private education institutions.
