摘要：
In response to the increasing competition in the global market, major efforts have been devoted to the research and development of various kinds of technology to improve productivity and quality. Computer-Integrated Manufacturing is recognized as the most effective tool to increase manufacturing competence. CAPP (Computer Aided Process Planning) system, as the bond in CIMS (Computer Integrated Manufacturing System), should satisfy the practical requirement of different enterprises. In this paper, CAPP system and PDM technique are introduced respectively, integrated contents, integrated method and key technology of CAPP system and PDM system are analyzed, the overall framework of CAPP system based on PDM platform is set up and the opinion of developing CAPP system based on PDM platform is offered, which provides a firm foundation for information of the enterprise work.
