摘要
Computer support of conceptual design is often concerned with modeling knowledge captured from external sources such as communication nets, periodic journals, engineering manuals, subject catalogues, etc. Therefore, in recognizing decomposition properties of learning patterns, the development of interpretation procedures gains in a great importance. Relying on a paradigm of Case-Based Design (CBD) the developed approach combines a technique of functional analysis and morphological synthesis with using production rules of decision-making and auxiliary means of graphical display for realizing both design and processing interpretation of component patterns scanned.
