In order to make up the tremendous gap between foreign capital technique and local technique, Chinese electronic information industry should pay more attention to the development ability of local enterprise, besides that still study and obtain advanced technique in the process of cooperating with foreign corporation. Therefore, Chinese government should adjust relevant foreign capital policy and technical development strategy.
