摘要
Risk free software development is one of the most anticipated development methodologies in the current world of Information Technology. This not only brings down the possibilities of failure in the project, also ensures the customer satisfaction. Hence, it is mandatory to analyze the potentials of disasters in a project from various aspects with mitigation ready in hand so that the impact of the adversity can be brought down. This paper focuses on one such aspect of investigating risks where the risk is analyzed in the following software development process methodologies that are Waterfall Model, Incremental Mode, Spiral Model and RUP Model. Analyzed risks definitely bring up the success rate as the parameters which affects success of project such as CTP2 (Cost, Time, People, and Process) can be meticulously looked into. Hence, project managers can make judicious judgment regarding risk management tactics and ensure attainment of project success.
