摘要：
Jinan, suffers from some of the most severe water shortages in China. Serious contamination of surface water has lead to a series of environmental, ecological and economic problems such as over-exploitation of underground water, land subsidence and spring malfunction. The problem of water resources in China has led to a bottleneck situation in the development of Jinan. When analyzing the existing problems and utilization of water resources in Jinan, corresponding measures to optimize distribution of water resources and to realize sustainable utilization were proposed.
