摘要
X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy have been utilized to demonstrate the sample quality of a UO2 specimen. This specimen is to be used in further studies with bremsstrahlung isochromat spectroscopy and Fano spectroscopy. (C) 2011 American Vacuum Society. [DOI: 10.1116/1.3549118]
