摘要
In this study, we determine the level of (KIM-1) and (FGF-23) in that patient with chronic renal failure. The study also included the effect of (body mass, gender, age). The study included 130 samples Include both the control group (healthy) and the patients with chronic renal failure. The control group included virtually healthy natural persons as a comparison group (control) their number 40 persons of both sexes (28 males) and (12 females), and age (15-63). The Patients Group Blood and urine samples were obtained for patients with chronic renal failure from the dialysis unit at Salah al-Din General Hospital and their number was 90 samples and from both sexes (52 males) and (38 females), age (15-63) years who were confirmed to have the disease after examinations and diagnosis by the specialist doctors at the hospital. The results showed that there was a significant increase in the level of (FGF-23) and (KIM-1) in patients compared with the control group where the level of KIM-1 in patients was (5.837 ng / ml +/- 5.39) and its level in the control group was (1.117 ng). / ml +/- 1.32) With a probability level (P < 0.01) and The level of (FGF-23) in the patient group was (114.8 pg/ml +/- 5.88). In the control group, its level was (17.2 pg / ml +/- 5.29) at the probability level (P < 0.01). The results also showed that the level of these enzymes was higher in males than in females. Its levels increase with the increase in body mass. (c) 2021 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved. Second International Conference on Aspects of Materials Science and Engineering (ICAMSE 2021).
