摘要
We have studied the effects of hydrostatic pressure and/or temperature on the catalytic activity of Horse Liver Alcohol Dehydrogenase (HLADH). The Vmax, Km and thermodynamical activation volume were determined versus pressure in the range of 0.1 to 225 MPa at ambient temperature (29 degreesC) and at the optimal temperature of HLADH (53 degreesC).
