摘要
The solar energy is one type of renewable energy resource that is used worldwide and the scientific community is making great efforts to optimize its applications. The solar energy is used from the earth to the outer space, specifically in artificial satellites where reliable power supply is needed. One of the major works of study for solar cell is to analyze its reliability. A new method to analyze the reliability of solar cells based on the multi-fractal singularity spectrum is introduced in the paper. The wavelet transform is used for calculating the max modulus, and then the multi-fractal spectrum will be obtained. Also this method has been actually used on some solar cells, and the results prove that it is accuracy and reliable, Furthermore, in the experiments, it has been found that this method can be use to diagnose the sources of the noise in some degree also. So the reliability of the devices is described much more sufficient,
