摘要
Integrated testing system for multi parameter of the servo system is special equipment which can test the performance parameter of control actuator. It has some advantages such as small space dimension, product fix conveniently and can accomplish four channels automatic transfer of loading or unloading simultaneity. Product can test entire parameter of control actuator under three kinds of instance-high temperature, constant temperature and low temperature test in high-low temperature box. The test only needs installing once. System can test turn angle, transfer function, dynamic characteristics, no-load angular velocity which under no-load state and output torque which under load-on state, and can comprehensive analyze the test result so can judgments control actuator is satisfactory or not. This system has load linearity imitator of small size and big turn angle. So has solved load-on of control actuator in finite space. Integrated testing system for-multi parameter of the servo system applies modern testing technologies and theory, has established testing system for control actuator which can actualize real-time data Acquisition and real-time control output automatically. This system provides reliable accurate and universal test instrument and method of environmental test for various type the servo system.
