摘要：
This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of agri-related foreign capital introduction and foreign-funded project management in China. It puts forward proposals for policy-makers regarding increasing foreign capital introduction for agri-business, reinforcing project management and upgrading project management efficiency.
