Trends in practice performance, 2000-2002

HAVING established a baseline of data on the performance of its participating veterinary practices, the quarterly practice survey, run by the BVA in association with the Society of Practising Veterinary Surgeons and the Veterinary Practice Management Association, is now well placed to start to identify trends. With three years of data to hand, some interesting results are emerging, as discussed in this article from the BVA.
