Good news about REACH

The acronym REACH triggers negative emotions all around in industry. The aim of this brief essay is to make a resolute call for optimism "for all that". Everybody in the European chemical and related industries should be aware that endless lamenting is not helping the industrial location Europe, but, on the opposite, ruining it. It is not the task of industry to fulfil the prophecies of disaster, but to show that this trade is a viable survivor in spite of everything. And, if we look at it carefully, there are good reasons for confidence.
