摘要
Cognitive heterogeneous networks is an important scenario for 5G. Additionally, multi-homing technology can aggregate different network spectrum resource to improve the quality of service for secondary Mobile Terminals (MTs). In this paper, a spectrum allocation problem with multi-homing technology is studied for cognitive heterogeneous networks. The spectrum allocation is subject to constraints in the required transmission rate for heterogeneous constant bit rate and variable bit rate services. The spectrum allocation among secondary MTs is solved by a convex optimization theory. To obtain the optimal spectrum allocation, a spectrum allocation algorithm is proposed via the dual decomposition method. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm improves the quality of service for secondary MTs significantly.
